Okoshko terms of use
Last updated September 24, 2026
1. What this agreement covers
The Okoshko service (the "Service") is provided by a sole proprietor (details will be provided once the business registration is complete) (the "Provider"). It allows studio owners, trainers and independent professionals (the "Owner") to take online bookings from clients and to keep track of attendance and payments, and allows clients to book classes and appointments. By registering with the Service, you accept these terms.
2. Registration and account
To use the Service, you need an account linked to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account. One person can own several businesses and be a client of different studios with a single account.
3. Subscription and payment
The Owner receives a free 14-day trial. After that, access to the business dashboard is provided by subscription to the selected plan; prices are listed on the pricing page. Payment is made in advance for the selected period. If payment is not made, access to the dashboard may be suspended; in that case the data is kept for at least 90 days.
A refund for an unused period is available on request to support@okoshko.me within 14 days of payment, provided the Service has not actually been used.
4. Payments between the Owner and clients
The Service keeps records of payments, passes and visits, but it is not a payment intermediary between the Owner and the Owner's clients. All payments for classes and services are made directly between the Owner and the client; the Provider is not responsible for these payments or for the quality of the Owner's services.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to send spam, publish illegal content, hack or disrupt the Service, or give access to third parties without the Owner's knowledge.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is." The Provider aims for uninterrupted operation, backs up data and gives notice of scheduled maintenance, but does not guarantee that the Service will be free of failures. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent paid period.
7. Changes and contact
The Provider may change these terms by giving at least 7 days' notice in the dashboard or by email. Questions: support@okoshko.me.
