1. Who processes your data

The personal data controller is a sole proprietor (details will be provided once the business registration is complete), operating the Okoshko service (the "Service", the "Provider"). A business owner (the "Owner") who uses the Service for their own clients acts as an independent controller of their clients' data, and the Provider processes that data on the Owner's behalf.

2. What data we collect and why

  • Name and phone number: to create your account, log you in and contact you about bookings.
  • Telegram chat ID: to send confirmations and reminders, only if you have connected the bot yourself.
  • History of bookings, visits and payments: to run your account and to keep the Owner's records.
  • Technical data (IP address, device type, session cookie): for security and to keep the site working.

We do not request or store bank card details: subscription payments are handled by the payment provider (YooKassa).

3. Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of the consent you give when registering and in order to perform the agreement on the use of the Service (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data").

4. Who we share data with

Client data is available to the Owner and staff of the business the client has joined. Data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except where required by law and to technical contractors (hosting, the payment provider, and Telegram for message delivery).

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation and transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS); passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. Data is kept for as long as the account exists and is deleted on request or after the business is deleted.

6. Your rights

You can review, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent and turn off Telegram notifications in your account or by writing to support@okoshko.me. Requests are processed within 10 business days.

7. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies needed to log you in. There are no advertising trackers.
