Frequently asked questions
Do clients need to download anything?
No. Booking works in the browser through your link. Notifications arrive in Telegram, and everything is also available in the client's account.
I take appointments, not group classes
Turn on the appointment format: set the duration and your working hours, and clients pick an open slot themselves. You can offer group classes and appointments side by side.
Do you support online payments?
The service keeps the books: prepayments, debts and passes. You take payments however you like, in cash or by bank transfer, and record them in one tap. Card payments are coming later.
We're a team, and everyone keeps their own income
Turn on separate cashboxes: clients top up their balance with a specific specialist, and each specialist sees only their own cashbox.
What if a client doesn't use Telegram?
Nothing is lost: upcoming bookings, passes and balance are always visible in the client's account on your page, from any browser.
Can I bring my clients over from another service?
Yes. Send us an export and we'll import your client list. It's included in the Studio plan.
What is included, and what costs extra?
Every plan includes booking, your own bot, passes, cashbox, campaigns through messengers, reviews after visits and gift cards. The only paid extras are a custom domain, removing the Okoshko mention, and SMS packs.
What happens after the trial?
You choose a plan and pay. If you don't, access is paused and your data is kept.
